AG's Branch (MP5) which is the Record Office for all Army Officers has developed RODRA website https://rodra.gov.in .
1. This is a direct interface between Veteran Officers/Next of Kin and Army HQ(Officers Records) to resolve their pensionary/documentation related grievances.
2. The website hosts a number of facilities for registered veterans/NoK. Maximum veterans have registered on RODRA website.
3. All those who have not registered/signed up on RODRA website are requested to Kindly register on RODRA website immediately.

A new ‘Monitoring’ has been added on the Menu bar on 24 oct 20 . This will help all of us to see the pending cases and reply accordingly.
Once you click on this, you are taken to a new page, where you can see an excel sheet of all requests made by various people. It shows Serial Number, Docket Number, date, Place, Name of Person, Help required, Status and Give Reply. Each request has been given a DOCKET Number which will remain permanent for future reference. The boxes below the Heading give an option to filter the date, Place Name etc and also status whether accepted, not accepted or No replies. We can also give reply either by clicking on the ‘Give Reply’ or directly by clicking on the name of person. Here, we also have an option of sending mail to that person.
Accepted has green background while Not accepted has white and No replies Red. Member can click on 'Accept' or 'Not Accepted' as per their satisfaction.

Wife of late Brig P S Narayanan , Mrs Savithri Narayanan donated a lakh each to two Air force Widows. She lives in Ved Vihar Secunderabad. Appreciate the act of kindness.
31 August 2019. A Trust account opened at State Bank of India, Trimulgherry Secunderabad.
02 August 2019. The website was registered at Secunderabad as ‘HELP AND SERVE PUBLIC CHARITABLE TRUST’. Accordingly, a PAN card was also obtained on 24 Aug 2019….
TIME BANK: A panel of experts, who are part of NHRC’s core group on disability and elderly persons, has recommended that India should adopt the “time bank” scheme, launched by Switzerland to take care of senior citizens who are living alone without any support from their family. St Gallen may become the first Swiss city to introduce a novel banking scheme in which retired care volunteers “deposit” hours worked looking after elderly people. In return they can use any time saved up for their own care provision later in life. We can plan this in out website too later.
