This is an Armed Forces Veteran’s initiative to provide a platform for all those who need HELP and all who those want to SERVE our community. A purely non-profit venture to do good to our own people. There are many in this world who need help and there many others who are ready to serve. But the two are not always connected. A need there was felt to have a platform where the two can interact and full fill their desires. Thus, this website HELP AND SERVE.
This website is to network the strong bonds of Army, Navy and Air Force, anywhere in the world and be of assistance to each other. There is nothing like the comraderie of Uniform. It includes both Serving and Retired people and our Spouses and children.
There is no end to the kind of mutual assistance we can do. There is a wealth of knowledge in terms of Administrative experience, Human relationships, man management and various insightful conditions in the services, which can be made use of. We can help our children too. Also due to our wide spread across the country and resourcefulness, we can get many things done sitting miles away. All this is based on the ‘Trust and Faith’ and the Service Ethos that we have practiced all our lives.
The network so created can help in getting some errands done at some other city, especially in the time of lockdown and corona, like helping elderly people needing physical assistance or supplies of medicine and groceries, in other cities where we can’t go now. It can also help connect people for any other physical help, in addition to sharing information and advice.
We strongly believe that there are many honest and sincere people in this world who look forward to betterment of our great nation. We all need to give it back to the society for all that it has done for us. We also need to secure the future for the next generation.
This website was formally launched on 03 April 2019 at Vohra Institute, MCEME, Trimulgherry, Secunderabad in the presence of an august gathering. The luminaries present on the stage were Lt Gen TSA Narayanan, Commandant of MCEME, Secunderabad, Mr J Swaminathan, Chief General Manager, SBI Telangana, Smt K Rajeswari and Shri R Subramanian, Jt CDA (IDAS) Retd apart from others.
It has been registered as ‘HELP AND SERVE PUBLIC CHARITABLE TRUST’ on 02 Aug 2019 at Secunderabad.

यह वेबसाइट दुनिया के सभी सेना, नौसेना और वायु सेना के लोगों को जुड़ने के लिए और एक-दूसरे की सहायता के लिए है। इसमें सेवाव्रत और अवकाश प्राप्त फौजी और हमारे परिवार और बच्चे दोनों शामिल हैं।
जिस तरह की आपसी सहायता हम कर सकते हैं, उसका कोई अंत नहीं है। हमारे पास प्रशासनिक अनुभव, मानव संबंधों, और सेवाओं में विभिन्न तनावपूर्ण स्थितियों के संदर्भ में ज्ञान का खजाना है । हम अपने बच्चों की भी मदद कर सकते हैं। साथ ही हमारे व्यापक प्रसार और संसाधनों की वजह से हम मीलों दूर बैठे कई काम कर सकते हैं। यह भरोसा और विश्वास पर आधारित है, जिसे हमने अपने जीवन में अभ्यास किया है।
जो नेटवर्क बनाया गया है, वह किसी अन्य शहर में कुछ कामों को पूरा करने में मदद कर सकता है, खासकर लॉकडाउन और कोरोना के समय में, जैसे बुजुर्ग लोगों को दवा या किराने का सामान की आपूर्ति में मदद करना, अन्य शहरों में जहां हम अभी नहीं जा सकते हैं। यह जानकारी और सलाह साझा करने के अलावा, किसी अन्य शारीरिक मदद के लिए लोगों को जोड़ने में भी मदद कर सकता है।

इस वेबसाइट को औपचारिक रूप से 03 अप्रैल 2019 को वोहरा इंस्टीट्यूट, एमसीईएमई, त्रिमुलेरी, सिकंदराबाद में कई महत्वपूर्ण लोगों की उपस्थिति में लॉन्च किया गया था। मंच पर मौजूद मेहमानों में
MCEME, सिकंदराबाद के कमांडेंट लेफ्टिनेंट जनरल टी एस ए नारायणन, श्री जे। स्वामीनाथन, महाप्रबंधक, SBI तेलंगाना, श्रीमती के राजेश्वरी और श्री आर। सुब्रमण्यम, Jt CDA (IDAS) शामिल थे।
इसे 02 अगस्त 2019 को सिकंदराबाद में HELP AND SERVE PUBLIC CHARITABLE TRUST के रूप में पंजीकृत किया गया है।
22 अप्रैल 2020 को COVID-19 LOCKDOWN हेल्पलाइन के रूप में संशोधित।

OBJECTIVES OF THIS TRUST
A. To promote welfare, social cultural, charitable, health education, humanitarian, and relief activities that will protect, safeguard, improve the quality , value system and raise the standard of human life, particularly economically weaker sections of the society, irrespective of caste creed, race colour, sex or religion so that they may lead healthy, happy contented and dignified life.
B. To help and collaborate in establishing and running medical centers, old age homes, Ashrams, rehabilitation, institutions for the destitute, vocational training centres for the handicapped and self-job-oriented activities for the unemployed.
C.To offer scholarships, stipends and financial support to deserving students, especially of war widows and Armed forces personnel, in pursuing higher studies in medicine Art, science, Engineering and computer technology.
D. To undertake and support any program or projects that provide educational, recreational, social cultural and spiritual activities with the sole purpose of promoting peace, love, tolerance and national integration, Patriotism, Integrity, Honesty, Moral values among the various communities of the country and Nationalities of the world.
E.Sponsorship of economically weak persons and war widows and Armed forces personnel for institutional care.
F.Collaboration with other voluntary organizations to accomplish the above objects.
G.Affiliation with other national and international organizations engaged in welfare, health education, National integration, and peace-promotion activities.
H.Regular dialogue and rapport with central, State Government and N.G.O’s to elicit support and cooperation in fulfilling the aims and objects of the organization (Charitable Trust ).
I. To acquire immovable and movable properties by purchase lease, mortgage, gifts, grants, legacy, bequest, exchange, right privilege from any person/s, company, society, Government cooperative bodies or institutions whatsoever and to hold movable and immovable properties lawfully held of all descriptions.
J.To erect/build residential complexes, hostels, hospitals and any other type of building or structures whatsoever, to further any objects of the Charitable Trust and to maintain, manage, control, improve, alter, repairs, demolish or reconstruct the same or any portion or portions thereof.
K.To receive by way of gift, whether in cash money or property movable or immovable, donations and contributions in any legal form, including legacy, behest, wills, trusteeship, etc, for the benefit of the Charitable Trust.
L. To invest and re-invest any funds or moneys of the Charitable Trust in the interest of the beneficiaries of the Trust.
M.To execute such agreements, conveyances, transfers, leases licence, mortgages, documents, etc. as may be deemed necessary to carry out the objects of the Charitable Trust.
N.To borrow and or raise any funds with or without security in any manner the charitable trust may think to repay the same.
O.To negotiate with or enter into arrangements with different authorities, bodies, industrial houses for grants, allowances, rights, concessions, and privileges, etc. that may be beneficial to the charitable trust beneficiaries.
P.To use all the income from the properties movable or immovable or from the earning of the Charitable Trust as such whose so ever derived from, solely for the advancement of the objects. And that no portion of it be distributed or disbursed among the Trustees by way of profits, bonuses or dividends. However nothing herein contained shall prevent the payment in good faith in the shape of remuneration or reimbursement to any Trustee for any services rendered to the charitable trust or expenses incurred thereto.
Q. To perform all acts as are incidental and conducive to attainment of all or any of the objects of the Charitable Trust.
R.To undertake ad promote human resources in the field of social work and in other science relating to social action for world peace.
S. To undertake and maintain and assist any relief measures in those parts which become subjected to natural calamities such as flood, fire, drought famine, cyclone, earth-quake epidemics, storm, accidents, pestilence, etc.
T. To give, provide and/or render, help and assistance to a and/or implement any scheme for providing livelihood and upliftment of the poor.
U. Enter into all necessary contracts incidental or conducive to the fulfilment of the aforesaid objects, provided that the income and profits derived from these shall be utilised for the objects and in the manner provided in this Trust Deed. The income and earnings of the charitable trust shall be utilized to attain the aims and objects of the organization as desired by the Trustees of Charitable Trust.
V. The Trust shall have a website 'www.helpandserve.in’ for the purposes of promoting its values and reaching out to a larger section of the society.
W. The website of this Trust is an endeavour developed in good faith to provide interactive platform to all those who are in need of some help and those who would like to serve in good faith without any remuneration and fees, to the best of their knowledge, opinion and capacity.
